Why Choose Us?
What We Do
Chair Caning
Chair caning is the process of weaving rattan cane (or similar material) into the seat (or back) of a chair. Over time, cane seats may become brittle, sag, cracked or broken. We can remove the worn material, prepare the frame, and apply hand-woven or pre-woven cane to restore beauty and durability.
Rush Weaving
Rush weaving (also called rush seating) uses twisted natural fibers—such as cattail leaves, bulrush or paper-twisted strands—to create a woven seat. It’s a classic look, especially on ladder-back or country-style chairs. We specialize in weaving new rush seats or repairing existing ones so your chair looks and feels great again.
Full Service Restoration
Beyond just the seat, we inspect the chair frame, rails, joints and finish. If needed we can also handle refinishing, gluing loose joints, replacing missing pieces—to ensure the entire piece is structurally sound and beautifully finished.
